Door Sanding Machine  PRO1100/1400

Denibbing PRO sander models are a rotary type sander designed for finish sanding and denibbing of raw wood components and sealer sanding of stained and sealed parts. The PRO series is designed to handle three dimensional work or items with profiles, raised panels, flat doors, drawer fronts, or moldings made from either MDF or hardwood.

Both the 1100 and 1400 have eight sanding heads with reversible spindles. The reversing action allows for two grits to be loaded simultaneously to accomplish raw wood sanding/denibbing or sealer sanding without changing heads.

The model 1100 has 15 inch long spindles with a 43.5 inch wide conveyor. The model 1400 has 20 inch long spindles with a 55 inch wide conveyor. The PRO model sanders are designed to handle tough jobs that require high quality work. The PRO series of sanders accepts all QuickWood medias.
