QLT - Cylindrical Polishing and Brushing

Brush-polishing machine for brushing on the entire surface of cylindrical tubes or bars.

Applications

• Plexiglass or plastic cylindrical straight diameters ranging from 6 to 50 mm and 50 to 250 mm.

• Composed of 3 brushing groups of two counter-bristling brushes each
• Rotational speed controlled by inverter
• The units are equipped with a dust extraction hood
• The feeding of the pieces takes place with a spiral-shaped rotation around the axis profile
• Drive speed controlled by inverter
• Modular machine, closed by an adequate containment structure with inspection windows covered by safety microswitches
• Automatic loading warehouse and outbound delivery devices on request
