QuickWood builds rotary brush sanding machines and flap wheel abrasives. We are the right fit for some shops and the wrong fit for others. Here is the honest breakdown.

QuickWood is best for

• Cabinet door manufacturers sanding raised-panel or RTF doors in volume: raw wood, sealer sanding and denibbing in one platform. See cabinet and furniture.
• Molding and millwork shops that need profiles finished at line speed without erasing crisp edges. See millwork and trim.
• Window and door builders finishing rails, stiles and curved parts. See windows and doors.
• Metal fabricators deburring laser-cut parts, rounding edges for coating adhesion, and stripping oxide. See metal fabrication.
• Flooring producers texturing and finishing engineered and solid boards. See flooring.
• Small shops and refinishers who want brush sanding without a full machine: the F-series pneumatic tools start at $775.

QuickWood is probably not for you if

• You only sand flat panels and calibrate thickness. A wide-belt sander does that job; see our brush vs wide-belt comparison.
